This place is truly amazing! Our associate Robin, was awesome! She was very patient caring and also very educated in the different aspects of each Stone. My future fiance and I are young and Robin was very helpful with finding a stone within our budget. I was recommended by my cousin who bought his ring at and Ancona Jewellers. Highly recommend to others!

I have had several different experiences at Ancona, and each one has been positive. I had lost a stone in my wedding band, and I was devastated. Not only did Max reassure me that this happens, but they were able to replace it in no time, as well as tighten two more stones that were loose. Additionally, I had multiple questions about my insurance. The answers to those questions were knowledgeable and thoughtful, and I appreciate their continued level of expertise and professionalism. I highly recommend Ancona Jewelers for any and all of your jewelry needs! They will not disappoint.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Assisted me with a watch battery replacement, and more importantly, helped me pick out a very nice set of earrings to compliment my wife’s necklace. I highly recommend Ancona Jewelers!

Bought all my jewelry from Ancona. You can tell it’s all high quality but what I like the most is that it’s a family business. They treat me like a friend and not a one time sale customer like those other big name chains due. Very happy customer!

Ancona Jewelers is an amazing place to select new jewelry and reset and repair outdated jewelry. My experience with Paola has been wonderful. She has helped to guide me through purchasing new rings and resetting other jewelry I already had. They have also done a beautiful job repairing some jewelry I brought in. I’m so happy with my experience with everyone who works there and the lovely selection they have in the store!

My husband wanted to create a custom wedding band as a gift to me for our anniversary. I wanted the stone from my engagement ring set in a wider band with two garnets - one from a ring I got from my mother as a teenager and the other sourced as new for a true past, present, and future ring. We worked with Robin at Ancona and she was awesome! She was very attentive and friendly. I really felt like she cared about my vision of the perfect ring and did all she could to deliver on it. My ring is amazing! A truly unique and breathtaking piece that will last me a lifetime. I am so in love with my new wedding band and have gotten many compliments on it. The best jewelers I have been to in the state of Illinois. Traveled 54 minutes out of the city to do a resetting on my engagement ring - (due to a friends a suggestion). The entire staff was very helpful, informative, and even educated me on the process. I appreciate the swift responses/communication upon my questions, and the fast service. I am now looking to make a new purchase! All in all, this place is outstanding and superb - if you’re buying a statement piece, resetting, or even just browsing - this is the place to go. (I’m serious don’t go anywhere else)

Jewelry can often be a big purchase, I have been a client / customer of Ancona Jewelers since they were established in Chicago, Harlem & Belmont Ave.
With that said, I have not found another Jewelry Store that can even compare to them. I always have faith in their expertise from the beginning of purchases till the end!
When we talk about customer service, this is more a family feel! They are second to none.
I only purchase my jewelry from Ancona Jewelers and they have recently added to my wedding ring and it’s gorgeous! Impeccable work and stellar quality!

I’ve worked with Ancona on multiple custom rings, most recently with Paola. I feel lucky to have such a professional and easy to work with jeweler close to home.
