Jewelry can often be a big purchase, I have been a client / customer of Ancona Jewelers since they were established in Chicago, Harlem & Belmont Ave. With that said, I have not found another Jewelry Store that can even compare to them. I always have faith in their expertise from the beginning of purchases till the end! When we talk about customer service, this is more a family feel! They are second to none. I only purchase my jewelry from Ancona Jewelers and they have recently added to my wedding ring and it’s gorgeous! Impeccable work and stellar quality! Thanks again !! ~ Steph

Working with Enzo and his team was and still is a true pleasure every time I walk into their store. The professionalism and hospitality they exude makes the experience incredibly enjoyable and also allows you to feel you are receiving a trusted and fair price for their pieces, along with an amazing warranty. Very nice family run jewelry store. The wedding bands we purchased were perfect! The entire process of buying was easy and stress-free. Did not feel any pressure to make the purchase. Would recommend this jewelry store to all looking for quality jewelry sold by an honest family business.

I’ve worked with Ancona on multiple custom rings, most recently with Paola. I feel lucky to have such a professional and easy to work with jeweler close to home. Their work is impeccable and Paola is responsive and a pleasure to work with. Really can’t say enough good things about them! Support your local family owned jeweler-you will be impressed.

My husband and I are treated like family here. Everyone is so nice! Never pressured to purchase and helped extensively with big decisions. Love their selection. Something new catches my eye every time I am in there...They definitely have our loyalty.
