I can’t say enough about my experience with Ancona Jewelers. The pieces they have are absolutely beautiful and such a variety. Classic pieces, unique pieces, delicate, bold so many options and of the highest quality. The only thing better then the jewels they sell is the service they provide. Couldn't be happier with my experience at Ancona Jewelers. My fiance and I came in looking for wedding rings, they were recommended to us by friends of ours who also bought their rings there. If I could give Ancona Jewelers more than 5 stars I would. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and was immediately welcomed and offered a beverage. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and the experience was first class. Don’t waste your time with other jewelers. This is the place to go! 100% recommend.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Came here for a wedding band for the wife and myself. Walking in, the atmosphere is calming and lighting is on point. I just felt comfortable and not rushed. Tony gave me multiple options in my price range and made sure I left more than satisfied. Ended up coming back in for my band that was customized to my liking and another ring for our 1 year anniversary. You walk in and walk out feeling like part of the family. Cheers.

I have the utmost trust in the Ancona family and I have since I first bought my wife’s engagement ring through them nearly 20 years ago. I recently had an anniversary and in typical fashion waited a bit too long to organize an appropriate token of my affection. I called Ancona and while they did not have the specific ring I was looking for in stock at the moment, they did design and craft the perfect ring with the perfect stone and the perfect setting in less than a week for me. They really came through and made me look like a hero. I cannot thank them enough and I will not go anywhere else!

I love Anacona Jewelers. Every time I have gone into the store I always get exceptional service not to mention how BEAUTIFUL the jewelry is. My husband and I went to the store to purchase our wedding bands. Robin spent several hours showing us all different bands. She was so helpful, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. The staff at Ancona are outstanding. They made us feel welcome the minute we walked in the door. It was time for an update to my wedding ring, my husband and I worked with Robin, she helpwd us with ideas and suggestions. I decided to make a couple of pieces from the stones in my ring, the first was a necklace which turned out beautiful and I wear it almost everyday. I have had several different experiences at Ancona, and each one has been positive. I had lost a stone in my wedding band, and I was devastated. Not only did Max reassure me that this happens, but they were able to replace it in no time, as well as tighten two more stones that were loose. Additionally, I had multiple questions about my insurance. The answers to those questions were knowledgeable and thoughtful, and I appreciate their continued level of expertise and professionalism. Ancona Jewelers is an amazing place to select new jewelry and reset and repair outdated jewelry. My experience with Paola has been wonderful. She has helped to guide me through purchasing new rings and resetting other jewelry I already had. They have also done a beautiful job repairing some jewelry I brought in. My husband wanted to create a custom wedding band as a gift to me for our anniversary. I wanted the stone from my engagement ring set in a wider band with two garnets - one from a ring I got from my mother as a teenager and the other sourced as new for a true past, present, and future ring. We worked with Robin at Ancona and she was awesome! She was very attentive and friendly. I really felt like she cared about my vision of the perfect ring and did all she could to deliver on it. My ring is amazing! A truly unique and breathtaking piece that will last me a lifetime. I am so in love with my new wedding band and have gotten many compliments on it. The best jewelers I have been to in the state of Illinois. Traveled 54 minutes out of the city to do a resetting on my engagement ring - (due to a friends a suggestion). The entire staff was very helpful, informative, and even educated me on the process. I appreciate the swift responses/communication upon my questions, and the fast service. I am now looking to make a new purchase! All in all, this place is outstanding and superb - if you’re buying a statement piece, resetting, or even just browsing - this is the place to go. (I’m serious don’t go anywhere else)

Jewelry can often be a big purchase, I have been a client / customer of Ancona Jewelers since they were established in Chicago, Harlem & Belmont Ave. With that said, I have not found another Jewelry Store that can even compare to them.
